I've been following Bryan Johnson for a while, enough to know that he's been radically trying to improve his lifestyle choices and overwrite years of bad unhealthy choices.
It does feel relevant and relatable to so many of us doesn't it? Neglecting sleep, eating whatever falls in our lap, not caring about routine, consistency etc.
For me, Intermittent Fasting is a lifestyle not a weekday event, and regardless if you are fasting or not, being consistent with your hmindful choices, averaging out a good behavior for as long as you can, will bring more results than a drastic binge diet, or exercise you can't maintain long term over months and years.
